The Green Dragon is something of a outpost for Rogue Ales. While Rogue maintains its pub in the Pearl District as kind of an upscale establishment, the Green Dragon sits in SE and is home to a lot of their experimental beers and guest taps. The result is excellent beers from a variety of small breweries throughout the region. They change out taps frequently, and often have theme nights featuring exotic offerings like pumpkins beers or interesting cheese. The one thing to avoid, though, is the food. It's not bad- standard pub fare is on offer- but it's overpriced for what you get. If you want to get a burger or a roast beef sandwich, you can probably get a better, cheaper one elsewhere in SE. Skip the food, stick with the beer.
